Trying to get a Credit Card but need help!?

I have no credit history and im wondering if i cosign with my mother who has good credit will i be able to get a credit card? Also how does cosigning work? Will i be able to relieve her from my debts once i establish good credit or will she stay a cosigner till i cancel the card?

i just pay my first premier bank credit card balance to zero so if i only use the card to buy food from Mac Donald's and hot popcorn from dollar general in pay my balance off full every month will it help build my credit. my score is 541 i have one bad account of 56 dollar that am paying off tomorrow or due i need to make a big purchase my credit card limit is 300.00 bucks in pay that off

Financing Plastic Surgery..?

I am wondering about being approved for surgery, my husband has decent credit, i have literally no credit history.He has been employed regularly always and his job now 2 years. I am wondering the chances on being approved, do many people get turned down that think they will get it? the cost is 3280, im looking for a 3000 loan. Also, is it best to apply just under his name or both of our names? And do I have a better chance with care credit or just a regular credit card?
