Which One is Easier and More Beneficial Ap U.s History or Dual Credit U.s History?

i can't decide which i should take, im a sophomore and im trying to decide which one is better?

Suggestion:

Dual Credit US History is easier, by far.

AP US History looks better on transcripts. It's more beneficial to you.

I recommend AP US History.
